Special Pitch Zoo Workshop — with Starting Gate 2014 Summer Cohort

On August 5th, we held a special Pitch Zoo workshop for the summer cohort of companies in the Starting Gate, a business accelerator for Western Michigan University students.  The individuals consisted of founders from six companies currently in the summer cohort of the accelerator.

During the 2 hour workshop we discussed different ways to pitch their business — to talk succinctly about the important part of their business / organization / idea.  We focused on investors being the audience of their pitches, which they will perform in several weeks at the Starting Gate Investor Day.
